We were so lucky to find an apartment a block from the Teatro LATEA theater. It has several floors and there's a rooftop garden that we may actually be able to see the theater from. Google maps has a neat 3D function that let's you view the area from a lot of different angles and perspectives. Here's a couple of static screen capture images.
